BELGIAN FEDERATION’S ANNUAL AWARDS By Andrew Michalak Belgian Federation Vice-President, Mr. Andre Wouters, sent information on their recent Congress held on January 27, 2008. There has been a long-term tradition in Belgian Federation that they select and reward the best athletes of the passing year. There was no problem with selection of the best 2007 woman athlete: bodybuilder Fabi Antoine won this title easily and turned pro.
